Mermaids and unicorns have been taking over social media lately, and I’m certainly not complaining! While I’m probably slightly more #teamunicorn (for the rainbow colors and all that magic), there is just something about mermaids that is so pretty to me. I thought it would be fun to put my own spin on the trend by combining my fave pastel hues, cute animals, and all the best things about those dreamy sea creatures into the perfect cake pops for summer.
